At Susan Shaw, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn jewelry within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original jewelry boxes.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
